Sold Position in $MAA and $NNN

After multiple years of growth in the apartment and the net triple lease setments, this year, we’ve exited our positions in both Mid-America Communities and National Retail Properties. Both were great holdings for us.

At this time, New Urban Trust’s portfolio is exclusive to cash. We plan to get back into REITs before year-end and continue our focus on REITs headquartered in the southeastern United States. Our current exit of the REIT securitized market is a decision unique to our business. We continue to have long-term enthusiasm for hard-asset REITs.
